What I like to do is take several varieties Kyoto, aquatic, sheet etc, pop them in a blender with some distilled water and the spread the slurry all over. I usually get pretty good growth with this method.

What if I were to spread it on my back wall? It is foam, with a layer of silicone & a layer of coco fiber. The coco fiber layer is quite thin.Originally Posted by DiggenEm

This is essentially what I do. I grow out different types of moss, trim them, blend then and paint it on.
