D. Truncatus in Canada?

I have been looking forward to ordering some D. Truncatus from Understory Enterprises for some time now but they said the frogs must be shipped via Air Canada for $105. Total cost would be over $250 for two frogs. This is almost twice what I was expecting. Is there anyone in Canada who has dart frogs to sell? Can they be shipped through Canada Post? I am from Chicago originally so I don't know how these things work here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
