    Default Weird Eyed Tree Frog?

I bought this RETF recently, it's left eye is a bit well, weird. Has anyone seen something like this before or have any idea what might have caused it?

I have heard of people breaking their iris, but I am not sure if a frog can do the same...

Cant say I have seen that before but I will agree it does kinda look like he broke the iris. Can you tell if he can see out of it? If he can and it doesn't seem to bug him or effect his hunting in anyway I woudnt worry about it to much till he shows signs that it is. Maybe it is just something in his genetics that came from the breeding pair or something. And I would have to say it does look kinda cool.

I've seen that once before in a frog, I know their vet prescribed something but am not sure of the outcome. Poor froggy.

Seems to able to see out of it, although I'm not sure how well. She's a big frog so it hasn't held her back (unless it's a recent thing, no way of knowing) and she seems perfectly healthy otherwise. I've been Googling images of broken retinas and something called PPM, it certainly looks the same! Weird.
