When their tails start to shrink is when you stop feeding. And after a week or so after you need to have either springtails or flightless fruit flies cultured or ordered, because they will need small live foods after absorbing their tails

Oh, I thought that they would be terrestrial. I don't know about aquatic frogs, sorry

African clawed frog tadpoles stop eating as they absorb their tail. Once they are fully formed froglets they will start eating bitesize pellets, frozen bloodworms (very very sparingly!), and chopped up earthworms
