Question ID of tree frog & Other Info

Hi everyone, first post here! (definitely not my last)

I acquired this little guy as a tadpole among a group of 5, he's the only one to survive. (most didn't make it out of tadpole stage and I believe this guy ate one of the smaller ones since I never found the remains)

When I contacted the 'breeder' to purchase the tadpoles they told me they were Green/Golden Bellfrogs, as such I purchased a L:48" X h:15" w:15" fishtank, added a foresty wallpaper to the back and covered the ground in moss with some potted plants and rocks and a decent sized pool.

As they grew out of tadpole stage I started to doubt they were Green/Golden bellfrogs but in fact a type of tree frog.

I am wondering if anyone can give me the Binomial name for this particular treefrog

I've had him a few months now (about 5?) and he's still going strong

Currently feeding him a diet of house flies, I try to feed him frequently (never more than 3 days without food), occasionally 2-3 times daily (usually at night).

I am wondering if anyone has any care sheets of this particular species, I'm aware of Litoria Ewingii caresheet here: http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/species/whistle.html

    and: http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/species/whistle.txt

I've followed this for the most part but I think It's time I got some more information and tips on taking correct care of this little guy, I'm not sure if a diet based solely on flies is any good (not a lot of nutritional diversity heh) and I'd love to know some good enclosure additions as well.

Information wanted concerning: Dietary supplements, Feeding schedule, Optimal temperature, Optimal water depth/length, Types of plants to add, humidity levels, General diet requirements (types of bugs to feed etc), any Do's and Do Not's appreciated as well.

More pictures can be supplied and if anyone is up to the challenge you can tell me what sex he/she is
I'm in Nelson, New Zealand so that should narrow down the species for you all
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.
