It is thunder storming right now so I can't go to the shed, but once it stops, I will go take photos of still nameless toadlet

Okay, I think that I have figured out the tadpole identity. When some water evaporated and I put more in, I noticed that the tadpole has a triangle between its eyes. I thought that would be odd for a toadpole, so I did some more research, and my searching has led me to believe that the tadpole is..An eastern (Or southern) cricket frog tadpole! Only those two frogs in my range have triangles on their heads, and now that I think about it, when I went herping to find it, the pond next to it I had seen a cricket frog leap from its cover when we walked past, so I think it very likely that's what I have![]()
