I boiled some lettuce and then I froze it. Before I feed it to my tadpoles, how small should I cut the pieces? And also, I have some freeze dried Mysis Shrimp that my Dad bought as fish food, could I feed the tadpoles that?
They are starting to poop again, but I don't know which of the foods they are eating.
Are the shrimp salt-water type? If so I might be cautious with that. Boiled lettice or fish flakes should work. I'm not an expert though.
I would assume that they are not, because mysis shrimp are twice smaller than the tip of a pencil.
I use Sera Micron and fish flakes for all my tadpoles.

Thank you for your advice, but several days ago when I tried fish flakes, they didn't eat them. But the tadpoles seem to be eating the celery
