B. dubia growth

How fast does B. dubias grow? I've got a good deal on B.dubias but they are just from 0.5-1 cm If I buy these how fast can I expect them to grow per, lets say month? And do these small ones have a high chance of surviving?

Oh that's quite a long wait I better get some adult and breed them instead then. Damn hard to find anything except crickets in Sweden if you don't live in a huge city, witch I currently don't (for some week more). Thanks for your answer John! I finally begin to feel that I'm out of questions for a while.
