Baby toad possible stroke?

I don't think MBD would happen overnight like that, her legs are strong. I've heard typically their back legs are weakened with MBD (I've never had a frog with it in my care.) And yes I've dusted their food. I feed them small crickets daily with a one day fast, and at least 4/6 of the feedings are dusted in Calcium+D3 if not all of them.

Could it be the temperatures? Could have overheated?

Their tank isn't currently heated in anyway but is in my heated pet room. The tank temp stays between 72-76*F (usually lower at night).

Its now been two days since this happened and she still is tilted, but there are still no other symptoms and she appears active. She has eaten (with my help) and soaked in her water dish. I have her in a separate quaruntine tank from her siblings that I have made simple and easier to navigate.
