Toad ID and info please?

Maybe a coastal plains toad? Just a guess based on looking at images of toads native to Texas. Is there fertilizer in that soil though? Hard to tell from the vid, but it does not look like toad-safe soil.

Either a Gulf Coast Toad (Most likely) or a Cane toad (Least likely)

And from the video, it looks female, large and a white throat
