IMO I would keep that humidity up around 70%-80%. the humidity in the tank plays a big part in helping them shed, and when the humidity becomes low and dry from what I understand when they do shed it feels like rubbing sand paper over their back. You don't want to stay higher then 80% for long periods of time though because it could cause respritory problems. Again this is only my opinion.
