    If it is Hyla arborea and they are protected, is there not a clause that says you can keep mutants. In Massachusetts black rat snakes are protected, but you can keep them if they are some mutated form like an albino or white-sided.

    Albinos are not created by chlorinating a pool, they are a genetic mutation.
