Gravel was my main concern lately. I bought the largest available aquarium gravel in shop, but when i washed it and placed it in the tank, i suddenly thought it might be a problem. basically it's 5-8mm gravel. They technically can have it in mouth, but i was not sure if they could swallow a gravel as big as a prey by mistake. I mean,it seems almost impossible for them to get both prey and gravel in mouth at same time....
It would be like a human swallowing by mistake a lemon.

On land, the gravel is covered by terrrarium soil, and will get moss and other plants. The land-water connection has large rocks on it.

    thanks for your help

I really do like your set up. Fits well in home with "modern" decor and styling.

I don't see the gravel size as an issue. Especially as the smaller stuff appears to be well below the waterline where they won't be feeding.

Very nice, they will love all the space. My one recommendation would to maybe add a couple more plants or something in the water area for them to rest on. Unless you have stuff planted and are just waiting for them to grow out then nevermind. I find my guys really enjoy chilling on the lilypads I have in there water area.

    Thanks

@privet01 : yes the gravels seem to not be too much of a problem now, when i see their real mouth size.

@monster: Yes there are a lot of plants which I hope will grow a bit more. There are bolbitis, pistia, ceratophyllum, cryptocoryne, bacopa, lemna, echinodorus and vallisneria in water.

My unexpected problem now is about the LEDs i have above the tank, which are not switched on now.
    There are 3x LED tubes of 60cm 9w 900lm

The light is really bright, so i was worried about the amphibians feeling, and also by the possible arjm to their eyes. It create the light of sunny day (looking-wise, not heat or UV-wise)

Here is an example with the light switched on, it was before Toad's arrival.

    thanks for your help
