If your frogs have been tested negative for chytrid and rana, then you can use it for something else outside, but if you haven't tested and are not sure they are carriers or not, you need to bleach it out before disposing.

iv mixed it with other things and used it indoors. i wouldnt do that without boiling and freezing then boiling it again. it molded when i didnt.
