It's so weird how a little layer of latex gives me so much comfort. I don't mind handling them at all with gloves on but without? NO WAY!!! I think it's just that from an early age, we are taught that roaches are dirty and that we shouldn't touch them or even be in the same vicinity of them. Oh, by the way. Still looking for some. Please PM me if anybody wants to part with any. Over the next few years I am going to be embarking on a project that is going to require that I have an endless supply of food at all times.

I don't mind handling them. I hate cleaning them though and having to sift the frass for young nymphs, and if you don't keep up with it they attract fruit flies and nastier flies.

Yeah, mine are in the garage right now because it is hot and steamy through the summer months but I will be forced to bring them inside this winter. Right now I have been exercising a once a month empty and clean of the tubs. This has worked out pretty well for me because there is no smell and waste is a minimum. Haven't noticed any flies swarming the bins in the garage using this method.

Lucky you I have mine inside and I live in one room -__-' There are some websites if you google "Blaptica Dubia order" they ship to US but I'm not sure of how cheap it is... You could try advertising that you want to buy Dubias on an insect site, like this one but people adore insect instead of frogs! (how odd isn't that?) I won't link cause I'm not sure if that's allowed... Good luck!

Yeah I know that there are some site's where you can buy them online. I am in drastic need of many, many, many so I am trying to save money where I can. I know that alot of people have bout Dubia's and within a couple of months, they are overran with them as they breed quicker then the animals can eat them. I just had some hopes of buying from these people. They make some extra cash and I save a little and in the end we are all happy
