    Unhappy Gandalf Died :(

    I went to take him out for some photos and he wasn't moving at all and he just looked weird. I touched him, no reaction, and he was stiff. I took him out, ran him under some cool water, he wasn't even slightly alive. I am so upset!!!! I raised him from a tiny froglet to an adult, he was only a year old, I don't know what the heck happened!!! I fed him an earthworm the night before but I know for a fact they can eat earthworms! i think it was the earthworm though because what else could it have been? The worm was living with my redback salamanders, might that have been the cause? Like the salamanders were rubbing against the worm? Or maybe it was the dirt? I ground some tree bark into some soft dirt, maybe that bark is toxic??

    Im going to make a tribute later... With photos and his story... Man im so sad

    Thanks for your sympathy.. yeah its not easy at all. He was the one who started it all. Id never considered keeping frogs as pets until id rescued him... such a bummer.

    Sorry about your loss! I know how you feel as I just lost my pcf I loved seeing updates on Galdalf and I'm sorry he passed!

    Im sorry that you lost one too it is horrible to find that theyve passed. Gandalf had such a personality. He was so funny and so intelligent, and cute
