Just a few questions on seeing conflicting info on
Should I use an incandescent bulb with my UVB 2.0 bulb? If so when?
I have a humidifier of the cool mist silent type which I fill with bottled spring water, is this an effective way of helping with humidity?
Any tips would be appreciated.

I have whites by the way.
Humidifier- by all means yes! Aim for 50-60%
Uvb- have it on any time your day time bulb is on.
The tank is 60cm long 60cm high and 35cm wide.
Right now I have the dual top exo terra top with the exo terra uvb 2.0
Also my humidifier is a very good one, it's a Homedics cm50b, it has a low, medium high setting
I love those exo terre tops. I have the 3 fixture ones. Or make my own now a days lol. Those will support a 60w bulb no issue(mine have over a year now). But, put it opposite of the switches. Their switches are kinda cheapish quality. Ugh always cleaning the reflector because of the fogger... Run a 60w zoo med blue and your uvb.
Sounds like a 29g by our standards(grumble grumble metric system grumble grumble).
For the fogger, how is it plumbed in? Add a simple ball valve to the plumbing to cut back or regulate your flow rate maybe? If not a timer would be the way to go... Or for the tech savy a humidistat would just run it for you.
The fogger isn't plumbed in at the moment, it's just blowing in through the side. I have a grill on the bottom right hand side of the tank and it just flows in through that when I put it next to it.
Here's some more pics.
