Sounds like stress to me but more info could def be a huge help. I've also had frogs from petco that have needed vet visits and meds for parasites. Captive bread or wild caught when kept in poor conditions and frog is at an increased chance of infection or diseases. You may want to start looking into a near by herp vet just in case.
