I don't mean any offence, but if you are not on the west coast, it's not a slender salamander. It is probably a two lined or three lined salamander, any pictures?

No offense taken, maybe your right and I'm wrong my friend said he found It kind of frozen in P.A in the winter near his lodge I have a picture of him he is the black one
