Poor little guy. Were you able to get him to eat anything?

It nibbled 4-5 dusted fruit flies... its poopie looks like straight eco earth. Still applying drops of pedialyte and honey from time to time. When it walks it keeps nose on the ground
Also: at the recommendation of a few places. A uvb10 has been added with the full spectrum to stimulate the vitamin d in the skin so it takes in calcuim. Said to kind of make it a uv tanning booth. So its worth a shot. Got the info off a nz science site thats researching mtb in frogs.

I agree you may have to put him down. It doesn't look like he can recover
Hey sorry to hear he isn't doing any better, but this upset me to the point that I called the vet hear that looks at my frogs for me and she is pretty good at what she does and from what I told her she said it does sound like MBD to her. but she did remind me that this was a over the phone observation but from the description that's what it sounds like. She said the giving the vitamins and the electrolyte soaks are on the right track. So this part I don't like saying but she said by the sounds of things that it is in the advanced or later stages of the disease and you should take it to a vet, and she said even then she didn't know if it would help but if it isn't to bad they may be able help to a point were the frog could live a somewhat life.
