What color night light?

My greys only wake up with a blue nightlight. They never woke up with the red. My red eyes either didn't wake up or were really inactive with either of them. So I do not use any sort of night light for the reds. With the reds, I just do an occasional peek-in during the night.

I've been peeking with a LED flashlight. I don't intend to leave any kind of night light on all night. The question is, if I want to peek, does it matter if I use a white, red or blue LED or is it no big deal since it's only for a few minutes.
