Male or Female Frog

So we had a male retf, and then we got a second frog. I could hear calling at night, never really knew who it was or what not.

Well recently our original frog passed. Looked like he took a leap and didn't stick the landing. Broke something inside . So now all we have is the second frog. I have yet to hear the frog make a noise. Can it be male and not call? Or is it possible the first frog was exceptionally noisy and that's why I heard him 3 to 5 times a night?

I think she or he is almost full grown. I have no actual idea how old

We thought that about ours till poof, they grew, and got fat lmao. From the swell behind the head it does look like a lil boy.

I noticed the exo terra fountain... hows it workin for ya? I tried 1 and woke up with a screaming pump and a slightly flooded tank. Even with the pump turned down on the counter i watched water run off all the creases and out the trough lid.. fMl... maybe i got a dud....?

It was working well but its a pain to reassemble after every cleaning and I ripped it apart fairly visciously when I saw Gru stuck behind it and I havent spent the time to reassemble since Kimchi is now under observation. Wanna make sure it was just a fall that killed him.
