What a beautiful frog. Welcome. I don't know much about the Cuban tree frogs unfortunately but I'm sure some one who does will chime in sooner or later. You can always check for the thumb pads to see if George is male. They are most prominent near mating season and also depending on age. I would assume the Cuban tree frogs have the nuputal pads like the white tree frogs do. I've also heard darkened throats can be an indication of male but again I am unsure if those guidelines apply to Cubans.
