Keep the new one quarantined for a period of no less then 30 days, if at all possible in another part of the house. Becareful not to let anything the new guy comes into contact with, come in contact with your old frogs. Only introduce the new frog if they are roughly the same size. I think there is no need to slowly introduce a new frog.
