Can a pacman frog digest regular roaches?

What kind are "regular" roaches? There's a lot of different kinds.

I'm not an expert on pacmans but if you can find out what kind of roaches they are that might help the real experts give you an answer.

Thanks Cris! I just looked at a few reference pictures and I think the regular roaches I mentioned are actually juvenile dubias. He'll enjoy those. Just hope he bothers to eat them at this point lol.
