Hello everybody! I'm a little worried about my pacman frog because he's losing his appetite and he's becoming a picky eater. He's still tiny but growing and should be large enough to take bits of nightcrawler. He's lost quite a bit of weight and is small again. He won't eat more than one or two crickets and is starting not to eat at all. He won't accept nightcrawlers and I'm going to continue feeding him his usual crickets but I want to start him off on small roaches as well. The ones they sell at my local Petco are the perfect size for him but they are not Dubia roaches, as far as I can find they don't seem to sell them around here. They only sell regular roaches but I've heard pacmans have trouble digesting the shells and they have little nutritional value. Is that true or can he eat them safely?
