I've noticed the same. Itty bitty bugs become beneath their notice. This guy is big enough for small dubai, small to medium-small crickets, waxworms, small-medium small butterworms and small hornworms. Fruit flies and pinheads would be a waste.

This little frog is almost the exact same size as my wtf Steve and I've found that Petsmart's small crickets are the perfect size for him (or small dubias ordered online). At least at my local store the Petco smalls are exceptionally tiny (closer to pinheads) and their mediums are just a bit too big, but Petsmart hit the goldilocks "just right" with their small crickets.
