If you have a local vet that will test it I'd recommend bringing it there, as the longer the sample sits the less reliable the test is. Shipping times can therefore result in false negatives. If you don't have any local options then I know a lot of folks here recommend Dr Frye for mail in fecal tests. If you search the forum for his name you should find contact info, or I believe it's posted in a stickied thread in the tree frog subforum.
You know if you haven't done fecal for them get it done anyway.
with protozoa and with any other parasites poop can be different, one day runny and weird looking, the other it might look ok.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
