Try soaking him in 1 part unflavored pedialyte to 10 parts water. Make sure the water is warm to the touch( and dechlorinated of course) And then offer him bits of nightcrawler worms. Make sure they're undyed. If you rub the food around his mouth are it might coax him into attacking the food and devouring it. Or just try the feeding method I offered to see if that might work.

This saline/glucose solution should be 0,9%.
You can make this by getting 1 L of warm water and put in 9 grams of Natriumchloride (just table salt is fine, as long as it doesn't contain iodine wich will be written on it when it contains iodine)
and 9 grams of glucose (or sugar if glucose isn't readily available).
Mix it in good, and let it settle to reach room temperature.
Put in you're frog for about 10-15 minutes.

I stole the recipe off of a super old post so the credit would go to wesleybrouwer for that bit. As for the constant shedding, he might be doing that since they eat their skin when they do? Not really sure why he'd be shedding so much.

Emily, I don't think there is anything wrong with your frog, it looks pretty round, he is just adjusting, but please post pic of his tank so we can look if there is problem with decor or not.

What at you need to do is nothing! Just leave the guy be and give him some crickets in his tank. Do not touch him or anything in the enclosure, except change of water, just leave him be for at least a few days. He'll come around.
