Default Is my Pacman sick or just adjusting?

I bought a small green pacman 3 days ago and so far it has not eaten.
When I bought it, it was in an extremely small plastic cage with only moss. I took it home and put it in a bigger cage with some coconut fiber and water. It stayed in the water for about 24 hours until I lightly nudged it and it hopped out and peed. It seems to be shedding and will not move at all unless I try to feed it or come in contact with it. It is not moving from its spot at all. It is not burrowing.
Is it just adjusting or should I be concerned?

*The picture was before the water bowl, its cage is all coco fiber with a water bowl*

    1. Size of enclosure ( 2 gallon)
    2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences (Only the one frog)
    3. Humidity ( I do not have a meter yet but it is misty)
    4. Temperature (70s-80)
    5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish ( dechlorinated tap for everything)
    6. Materials used for substrate (coconut fiber)
    7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials.
    - How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv. (water bowl with 2 inches of coconut fiber)
    8. Main food source (Has not eaten since I have had it)
    9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often) ( dusted crickets but it has not eaten)
    10. Lighting ( window lighting)
    11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure (room temp near a window)
    12. When is the last time he/she ate (not since I have had he/she)
    13. Have you found poop lately (nope)
    14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
    15. Describe frog's symptoms and/or recent physical changes; to include it's ventral/belly area.
(The frog seems to be shedding and is not moving or eating)
    16. How old is the frog (not exactly sure but it is young)
    17. How long have you owned him/her (3 days)
    18. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred (captive)
    19. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats (tried feeding crickets and mealworms)
    20. How often the frog is handled ( only when I was changing the tank)
    21. Is the enclosure kept in a high or low traffic area (some traffic but it has 3 sides covered)
    22. Describe enclosure maintenance (water changes, cleaning, etc) ( water change every day)
