    Talking Rescued a New Companion!

Rescued a gecko! It's gentle so I put her in Shirley's and Honey's tank for a few minutes while I set up her own house.
I think Honey was wondering if she was breedable though!

LOL! I know! I think they are made by Safari Ltd and all their stuff is totally lifelike! I have a Cham by them too. Have posted him before... :P

Actually I have been tempted by some lizards and Axolotls, but I'll be sticking with my fine fat froggles

    Good one!

I fell for it when I started reading - and immediately jumped to thoughts of DANGER DANGER - then remembered who the post was by and knew you wouldn't mix species and forgo quarantine!

On a serious note, though, I do think mixing species should only be done under very specific (zoological) circumstances, by those who are extremely experienced with the animals and habitats they are dealing with. For the average hobbyist better to be safe than sorry!

Leopard Geckos, and green anoles are the lizards you should get! Anoles are like miniature iguanas, and have little personalities, And my favorites are the leopard geckos, because Cliygh (my first permanent pet who is turning 4 this year on August 10th, so look out for that post!) and Mia, Cliygh's roommate (She used to be Cliff's wife before I found out that Cliff (whom I thought was male) was Cliygh (a female) and so Cliff became Cliygh, and they are the best animals I have ever owned. I am thinking about a white's tree frog though, they had a nice emerald colored one in there, so I might just become a white's freak myself

And from looking at it, I think the gecko is supposed to be molded to be a New Caledonian Giant? Any gecko owners out there?

You won't just love them, they will enter every aspect of your life. Darts are beautiful and fun to watch and toads are cute but these guys are by far the ones that get the most attention. They are needy lol.

I was thinking... "no way did Lisa stick a 'rescue' gecko in with her whites after all that work to get them parasite free!" I admit, I was afraid to open the thread though LOL
