At the last couple reptile expos I've been to they've been giving out Zoo Med bags with a bunch of food sample packets. Stuff like turtle food, betta food, musk/mud turtle pellets, bearded dragon pellets and so on.
I'm never going to have these types of animals and hate to throw them out. Could I add them to my dubia roach chow? Are there any specific ingredient that could be harmful to the roaches or passed on to the frogs?

These foods would typically be good for dubia. They are typically similar to what would be in a roach chow and include protein and other nutrients. There is nothing specific I can think of that would do harm that may be included in those foods. Also you are diluting them into a larger dubia chow and will simply add to your existing chow
