Default Can someone help me determine the illness of my White's Dumpy Tree Frog?

So my White's Dumpy tree frog has become sick. It's been sick for about one or two weeks now. We've had it for several months and this is the first thing the frog has gotten any sort of illness that isn't natural for a frog.
    Symptoms include:
    -Refusal to eat
-Refusal to move (it has a hard time moving, although it moves fine in the water and kicks energetically.)
-Today we found out it has a sort of red splotch under its back leg.

Now that I've done research, I'm almost certain it's red leg syndrome, as all the symptoms apply perfectly. Although I did notice there wasn't any bloating and the red splotch is kind of hard to see, unlike other pictures I've seen. It looks more like a reddish-brown stain on its back underleg.

If it IS red leg syndrome, what do you suppose I do? What are all the things I can do to help and what do you think would be the best option?

Is there any other possibilities of what my frog might have?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Sorry your frog is ill.

If your frog is unable to eat, has difficulty moving, and has "a red splotch under its back leg".
I would suggest to you to take it to a herp vet. You will want to do this quickly !

If you do not have a herp vet near by ( which is the best to do ) you could email Dr Frye.
Dr Frye will need a photo and a complete description of the problem, the date he ate last, what he at, and the last time he pooped.

    http://www.frogforum.net/tree-frogs/...-prepared.html

The reason he is moving quickly in the water is because they are NOT good swimmers I would recommend keeping out of water that is above his chin.

To help you organize your our thoughts and prepare for his vet visit please answer these questions . This may also help to identify any possible connection to his illness.

    1-size of enclosure
2-# on inhabitants - specifically ( if there is another frog ---size differences ?)
    3-humidity
    4-temp
5-water - type - for both misting and soaking dish
    6-materials used for substrate
7-enclosure set up i.e. plants( live or artificial) wood, bark etc -how were things prepared prior to being put into the viv
    8-main food source
    9-vitamins and calcium ? ( how often )
    10-lighting
11-what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
12-when is the last time he ate
    13-have you found poop lately
14-a pic would be great ( including the frog ) any little cell phone pic is fine
15- how old is the frog
16-how long have you owned him
17- is the frog wild caught or captive bred
18- frog food- how often and if its diverse what other feeders are used as treats
19- about how often the frog is handled
20-is the enclosure is kept in a high or low traffic area
21- describe enclosure maintenance ( water changes, cleaning etc)
