When you gave him the bath did you use honey? If not try again later tonight or tomorrow and put a few drops of honey in it, and its got to be a pure honey like the good billy bee stuff. And another thing you can do is try massaging the lump abit while he is in the bath. If you do the honey bath let him soak for 20 mins and then let him soak in just a normal warm bath for like 15-20 mins after to get the honey off. And of course make sure you don't put it any higher then his chin and make sure you use some kind of declorinator for the water. Make sure the room he is in when having his bath is nice and quiet so he isn't stressed, and you can put a towel or something over the top of the container to help keep the heat in.
