I have a few questions for you.

    Where is it from?
Have you noticed a color change?
What of substrate are you using?
    How do you feed?
Im sorry i dont know how convert c to f
    what kind of water setup?
how often do you change the water
Can you please post a pic of your enclosure, that would help alot.
    Humidity level?
Can we see the tank mate?

Theres alot that can be wrong here. We have alot of firebellies(10 in a planted 40g breeder). Of mixed species. There are 6 actually. Because they say oriental does not mean they are true oriental. From the looks of the frog it is impaction. Or it cannot poop because it is about to shed. Firebellies are also very gassy. They also darken/dull before shedding. So that may be an issue. A view of the setup will help. Do you have access to electrolytes? A isolation tank and a warm(75-78f) electrolyte soak may get you a much needed dookie bomb. Optimal firebelly water temps are 70-74f and a little lower at night. Man i could go on forever.

most of the answers to your questions have been answered above but the temperature the first week of having it have as 66f but decided my room temp was too cold so got a heat mat, knocking it up to 75f. i think it might be shedding. it was puffing itself up earlier and i think it pooped. it's still big just now though. i'll keep it warm and humid to help it shed. thanks
