    I add the flies to a ( non-zip lock ) baggie >>> add the supplements to the flies >>> scoop the flies up into a lg test tube >>>> place the flies into the enclosure.

    If the dart frog(s) eats what you give it within 5 minutes ( or so ) then you are not adding enough flies

    I feed all my PDF daily

    Breeding and non-adult PDF must be fed daily

    Some feed -- non-breeding adults every other day.
