Default Best time of year to find Gray treefrog tadpoles?

    Hello Teslas,

    Welcome to the forum .

Be sure to check how many you can take.

They generally come out just after the spring peepers and stay out as late as late autumn. Likely May into June. I'll check my FrogWatch data.

Excellent guys! With a fishing license, I can legally collect 15 tadpoles. This makes tadpoles particularly attractive, as I can only legally collect one adult frog... I guess I begin my search for tads in May! Thanks again!
