Hi killerecho, I sent you a PM.
Due to recent changes in life, I've decided to take a hiatus from the hobby and offer up my collection for sale.
The frogs in question are 3 (2 male, 1 female) red eyed leaf frogs/agalychnis callidryas and 4 (2 males confirmed, 2 unknown) clown tree frogs/dendropsophus leucophyllatus. The red eyes and one of the clowns were purchased from Michael Novy in September of 2011, so they should be almost 4 years old. The other 3 clowns are of unknown lineage and age. All frogs are healthy adults.
The red eyes are housed in a 30 gallon vertical and the clowns in a 20 gallon long vertical. The tanks are fully planted and furnished with a false bottom and cork features. They are available with the frogs.
Prefer to deal with someone who can pick them up locally, in the New York City/Long Island area. Will only consider shipping as a last resort, and then only if conditions warm up.
Would like someone with experience in tree frogs/amphibians and might have the time and skill to look into breeding them - something I've never attempted.
Price is not set. I'm more concerned with finding them a good keeper and home, so as long as that's the case, I will accept any reasonable offer.
I would also prefer to move the whole collection at once.
Please PM me if interested.
Hi killerecho, I sent you a PM.
Clowns are still available. Weather is warming up, so shipping would be a viable option.
Sorry Brian
I hope you're able to find good homes... I know how well you have cared for them!
A buyer will be very fortunate!
