jeez thats a short lifespan if thats the case (although old age is a way better ailment than MBD or whatever else this could be!) I'll look into that, I have to confess when i bought them i assumed they're lifespans were comparable (with proper care) to the tincs and FB toads I'd kept (and still have)
Dusting cycle is 1 X per week so about every other feeding now that they're full grown. I replace them every 6 months but I supposed its possible i waited a month extra on this batch (have since replaced them)
Oscar is doing a bit better it would seem, he can now pull his legs in and twitch both toes, before his legs were just limp behind him. He's very alert and even called a bit last night to his buddy
Has anyone had a frog get injured from amplexus? his tank mate is a bit bigger than him and sometimes he tries to pretend Oscar is a female. The day i found him i had just broken them up while fixing the filter.
video seems to be easier so heres their tank:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXLrbGFQ7xc
