Unless you're going to be breeding the species of south American frogs your frog would eat in the wild I wouldn't do it. Nearly all frogs secrete some sort of toxin from your skin. If you introduce frogs to the diet that wouldn't be there in the wild you run the risk of potentially harming your frog.
Also, what are you going to do with the hundreds and maybe even thousands of tadpoles? Just cull most of them? That's not going to go over well on a frog loving forum.
Stick with feeders like nightcrawlers, crickets, and the occasional pinkie mouse. We know they work and work well, and your frog really doesn't need anything else.
