Great Experience with neherpetoculture.com!!!

Hey guys, I wanted to share my great experience with NEHerp. I had placed an order with them for a bunch of stuff for the viv that I've been working on. The weather threw us a curve ball, and they sent me an email to let me know that my order would be arriving later than expected, hey no problem, you can't control the weather and I'd rather not have live plants and bugs shipping through the snow and bitter cold. To make it up to me they added some Reptisafe to my shipment free of charge. The following week they shipped my order. My plants were well packed and in great shape and have started to take root. I ordered the variety sizes of driftwood and they are spectacular, they have become the keystones of my vivarium! The NEHerp moss, pillow moss, sphagnum moss, mister bottle and cocohut were all as advertised and look/work great. I ordered three 23W plant bulbs which FedEx smashed two of...NEHerp sent me three replacement bulbs, free of charge. Also, I had ordered some cork branches that were backordered that they shipped to me the following week with the replacement bulbs and when the branches arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how thick and sturdy they were.

Bottom line is I received several emails, and one phone call from Jessica to make sure that she kept me in the loop and kept me happy through the process of getting my order to me. Who else does that in this day and age..? Probably not too many. I cannot recommend NEHerp highly enough! Such a great company, such great people! They advertise themselves as the one-stop vivarium shop and they back it up!
