humidity - you need to cover fully or partially your screen top, it would help. If you are covering fully, you need to cut a hole a bit bigger then diameter of your lamp for it. I usually use tin foil for it.

So earthworms are ok as a staple? Do i need to feed them with something or do i just put them in the substrate and leave?

Humidity- what do i need to cover the top? A moist towel will be ok? And i can cover the top fully because i have areation grid on the right side of the tank
