My wife and I have gotten an African Bullfrog and so far it loves to eat. Temp is a tad low, and so is humidity but we are learning every day how to improve both. Well the wife came home with an infant Pacman and we have it in a 10 gallon tank. We are keeping it 80 degrees and high humidity and have crowded the sides of the tank leaving just the middle open with a water dish to make it seem smaller for him and therefore safer. We do plan on picking up a critter keeper soon. We hardly handle him, we leave him be in his habitat, he spends 99% of the time burrowed with just eyes up. We cannot seem to get him to eat. I've tried placing small worm bits, small crickets, larger foods (bigger crickets, super worms etc. just to see) and he will not take any of it. So far the temp is good, the humidity is good and his environment is non threatening yet he just is not interested in food. We have had him for over a week now. Just be patient? I ask that because wherever I scan the internet all I read or watch on YouTube is these guys should be munching on tons of food. Any help with this would be appreciated. I can elaborate more if needed. Thanks.
