ACF Acting Strange

Is it normal for my AFC to sit at the top of tank with mouth just out of water?
She just started doing this.She lays on the heater suction cup,next to the filter
everything I've read says they don't care for vibration.But she seems to love it
In the smaller tank and now the larger one.These are our 1st frogs

ya that's completely normal and mine do that all the time

Some of mine do that all the time and other very rarely will. It seems like a way for them to relax and not worry about holding their breath. Mine are the same way about the filters too, some don't care and hang out right by the filter and others don't. These frogs definitely have their own personality.
