First shed any advice?

Hi i just went over to my new pacman's tank to lower my dimmer stat for night temps(i'm sure theres a fancy thermostat that does this by its self but i'm not made of money lol) anyway, i noticed some noise from the his/her tank went to look inside and he/she was where it had made its burrow but not burrowed(if ya get me lol) and it was moving its back legs in wave like motions causing its skin to ripple then its front leg would come over then it'd move its mouth like a yawn motion to us humans and is also abit shiny.Now i looked up shedding vids on youtube and havig watched most of them i can pretty much say thats its shedding https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7ApMzw58Lg is there anything i need to do or is the frog capable of sorting itself out,temps dont need changing? normal night temps? and can be fed tonight like normal? i'm probably fussing.
