Exclamation Emergency African dwarf frog advice

Hi, I hope I'm doing this correctly, I've never posted before.

Anyways, I need help /advice. I found one of my frogs out of the water. I don't know how long he was out, but I pushed him back in. He swam feverishly trying to stay at bottom of tank, but he keeps floating back up. He can't stay under water. We are on day 2, and he now just floats around. Is death inevitable? Is there anything I can do to save him?

I don't know what it is either, but could it be spring disease?

Ive been trying to upload a .jpg photo, but it keeps saying "invalid format". Anyways, nothing looks physically wrong. He is just floating with all 4 extremities out wide. I wouldn't say he has a disease. He just was out of the water too long. I don't know if he will get better, or if there's something I can do, or if I should euthanize him. I was shocked that I couldn't find anything on Google. All I found was that they will die if left out too long...Nothing about trying to save them after they have been out of water awhile...

We have difficulties with uploading pics directly, use photobuchet.

Just from doing some reading via google, which I'm sure you've already done...if they're floating with their legs splayed, death is imminent and there is not much you can do to help. I'm so sorry
