I've had a male albino clawed frog for about 10 years. Hes lived mostly on his own due to the fact that he eats everything. Most recently i fed her some feeder fish for the first time in years. I usually just feed her frozen bloodworm cubes. Anyways i fed her these fish about 10 days ago. I just noticed her on the top of the tank today, and it took her a while to get moving with me tapping on the glass. This concerned me as she doesnt usually remain that quiet. Upon further inspection i noticed some type of red rash or something on her one foot. I also noticed she has slight inflammation of her chest. When i went to feed her she did not quite act herself, and it seemed that she was unable to eat much of the bloodworms although she was trying to, and most ended up in the tank around her. She lives in what i think is a 30 gallon tank. I thought it was a female when i got it so i have a habit of referring to it as her so pardon that. Anyways any help is appreciated. Ive fed this thing every other day for a decade and i know well enough that something is up. If anyone can help i cant post pics. Also if i need to put her down i would like to know the best way to do that.
Thanks, canuck
