    Krispy is right, you should notify the seller.

    also set up quarantine for a newbie, papertowels, some plants, branches, anything that can be desinfected. Cover 3 sides if the tank. If you see the guy is still stressed out cover the 4th side too.
    How are you feeding the guy? I suggest in a day or two you place him in a warm water bath with a drop or few of honey and then out him back in the at enclosure, that should help.
    If you could post Pic would help too! It's normal for a frog not to eat for a few days after shipping.
    Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
