While exercising, found injured tree frog

Poor little guy!

Are you able to upload a picture so we can get a better idea of the extent of his injuries? This would also help us id the species so you know what temps and conditions to provide for him. My first recommendation would be to search for a frog-experienced vet near you if you're able to bring him in. You can also search for nearby rehabilitators that have frog experience. Hope the poor guy heals well!

I just want to thank you guys for replying. Unfortunately, the little frog passed away when I checked him this morning.
I am just glad that he's out of pain. I think the head injury was too much.

He has given me a new found interest in frogs.

I second Crispy's sentiments again. I'm glad you cared enough to try an help the poor froggle. Sorry that your interest in frogs had to come about due to a tragedy, but glad you have an new appreciation for them all the same.

I was doing some research and I believe the frog was a Cuban Tree Frog.
In Florida, it says they are an Invasive Species.
The wildlife commission has issued an "open season" on these little ones, which I find horrendous. I would have kept him.

I know, so hard when people go and mess up the balance of things then have to resort to killing the creatures when it isn't their fault humans mucked stuff up
