Bullfrog With Cloudy Eye Membranes

Is the eye bulging at all, and is the clouding sort of bluish? If so, I still don't know what it is, unfortunately, but my Cuban Tree Frog developed something that sounds similar one week before his death. (The vet gave me a medication to apply directly to his eye, though I don't remember what it was, and he died after going through the prescription.)

The eye itself is not bulging but the nictitating membrane makes it look that way. The eye underneath seems just fine save for the growth, and the discoloration is a sight bluish in tone.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend taking him to a vet. I hope he feels better.
